Paul Newman 1925 - 2008
Paul Newman, who succumbed to lung cancer at the age of 83 will not only be remembered as a fine actor but also as a great humanitarian. The multi-Oscar award actor starred in an array of unforgettable films like "The Sting" "Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid" "Exodus" and "Cool Hand Luke" but also spent a great deal of time helping those who are less fortunate. Through his "Newman's Own" food brand he earned over 250,000 that was donated to charity. He also played an active role in raising funds for refugees all over the world through the International Rescue Committee. Mr. Newman lead an exemplary life making him a role model for all.
